About Plotrip

Plotrip is an AI travel planner for iPhone and iPad, built independently. It replaces the ten browser tabs a trip usually takes with one app that holds the flights, the stay, the day-by-day itinerary, the paperwork and the budget.

Why it exists

Planning a trip is not one task. It is twenty small ones, spread across airline sites, booking sites, embassy pages, a map app and a note somewhere. Each of them knows one piece, and none of them knows your trip.

Plotrip starts from the trip instead. You describe it once: where, when, from where, for how much, with which passport. The flights, the stay, the itinerary, the alerts and the budget are all derived from that one description, and they stay attached to it.

How it is built

Plotrip is a native app for iPhone and iPad, written in SwiftUI for iOS 17 and later. The backend runs on Cloudflare Workers, and the planning uses Anthropic's Claude models. The app is also made for the iPhone Duo: opened, the map sits beside your plan; closed, the same trip is on the outer display.

What we hold to

• Your trip is yours. Delete your account from the app and your trips leave our servers with it.
• No data sold, none shared for advertising. The privacy policy states exactly what we collect and why.
• Planning requests are not used to train AI models.
• Twelve languages. Travelling abroad is not only for English speakers, and neither is planning.

What the AI does not do

A generated plan can be wrong. Entry and visa rules in particular change without notice, and Plotrip shows them as a starting point, not as legal advice. Check the official source for your passport and your destination before you book anything.
